Why You Should Fix Trust Before You Try to Scale
Growth doesn’t create new values — it amplifies whatever a system already rewards.
Scale can amplify whatever a system already rewards. If a business scales attentiveness, honesty, memory, and responsible recovery, technology can deepen capability. If it scales pressure, extraction, false certainty, or automated indifference, growth can magnify relational damage.
Where this stops short
Scale isn’t inherently dehumanizing, and smallness isn’t inherently virtuous. The governing question is what behavior the system makes easier at larger volume.
What this means in practice
The systems worth building are the ones that become more trustworthy as they become more powerful.
PlugVine should prefer systems that become more trustworthy as they become more powerful.
